I’ve walked the path of a family business owner, growing up in a Wisconsin farming town and working within my family’s business. Those early experiences shaped my work ethic and gave me a firsthand appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities family businesses face.

My career has been a journey of learning and leading. From managing information systems to taking on the role of COO, I've honed my skills in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams.  I’ve worked with private companies and private equity-backed firms, gaining diverse perspectives along the way. 

 One highlight of my journey was helping grow a company from start-up to sale, achieving 30%+ growth annually for eight years. I led multiple facility moves during this time, completing each one on time, under budget, and without customer disruption. I also helped a private equity group maximize the company’s value for sale by driving integrations and process improvements. 

The most rewarding part? Building and leading empowered teams. Whether it was operations, engineering, IT, or software development, I’ve always focused on the individuals that make up the team, even when leading groups of 100+ people.
